had you firstly check VFO circuit in stand-alone mode ? (remove all control-connections to/from PLL circuit) then swap varactor diode from well source voltage. If you have frequency counter, check what is freq range out from VFO, is it in standard FM broadcast region ? or you can check by tuning VFO for make zero beat tone in neared standard FM radio receiver.  If the procedure result works properly, you can check other malfunction at PLL circuit... cari1  ide1

hello again nice to see some help here from members.the transmitter now work but i have a strange problem that i have a difference of 100khz step exemple i put on transmitter 98.00 and i have on receiver 98.10 always a 100 khz step in difference i tried some extra capacitors value on legs of xtal 3.2 and same result i saw on frequency meter its about a 100 khz always if i put 98.05 on tx i have on receiver 98.15 mhz any help please from expertz

could be a mistake in pic assembler, or make sure the reference frequency, may be overstate the capacity pf trimmer, if there is to use the frequency counter for the reference output

salam again the pll work now ok but have little problem , can someone share hex file for both 16f628 and 16f84a they said same hex will work for both ic but it didnt

other question how can i put my name at start because i see someone can put his name

ic pic to differ 84a & 628a, for 2x16 and 1x16 lcd hex is different, including the use xtal 6.4 and 3.2, to change your name should be changed to the assembler, then compiled it to hex, I try to use software proton deploment suite,
