Mungkin bisa pake Serenade Design Environment 8.0 dari Ansoft release th. 1999. Cocok sekali untuk aplikasi RF sampai puluhan GHz atau lebih.
Tapi sayangnya belum pernah nyoba, fusiing ...
untuk simulasi parameternya buanyak yang harus diisi,  he he he ...
Ini dia kemampuannya ...

Primary Technical Enhancements
------------------------------
A number of new features have been developed into this version since
v7.5.  Among these are:

Desktop and Schematic User Interface

- Deactivation of components in a schematic
- Improved creation of symbols for subcircuits
- Automatic electrical rule checking
- A bill-of-materials generator has been added
- Able to import synthesized transmission lines from the TRL program
- Multiple variable blocks are now supported
- Special German characters are now supported
- Printing enhancements
- Project deletion is supported
- Instance names for subcircuits are now supported
- An easier way of naming ports is provided

Symphony System Simulation

- Integration of the system simulator into the Serenade desktop
- Single tone and multitone frequency-domain analysis applicable to arbitrary topologies
- Ability to view single tone and multitone voltage and power spectrums at nodes inside a system
- Accurate IMD products analysis for an unlimited number of excitation tones
- Arbitrary mixed mode (functional and electrical) system topologies (with feedback) for discrete-time analysis to support a variety of wired and wireless applications
- Comprehensive discrete-time analysis on mixed mode topologies:
includes transient, steady state, and noise (thermal, active, and phase noise) responses
- Ability to probe signals at arbitrary nodes in the system and view time waveforms and spectral plots
- Ability to view changes in signals while sweeping arbitrary parameters (e.g., NF, gain, etc.)
- Ability to measure BER and ACPR at selected nodes versus an arbitrary swept parameter.
- BER analysis reflects critical parameters such as group delay, noise figure, gain, nonlinearity, etc.
- The component library size has tripled with new additions including CDMA-IS95 components, digital logic elements, and others
- Ability to simulate a variety of wireless applications (e.g, GSM, CDMA) and wireless system components (e.g. frequency synthesizers, PLLs,  DLLs, Costas loops, sliding correlator, etc.)
- Storage of discrete time simulation results in `signal' files

Microwave Harmonica Circuit Simulation

- Calculations for alternate channel power measurements have been added
- Pout/Pin data can be written for import into Symphony
- The TOM3 model has been update per model changes from TriQuint Semiconductor
- The CITI file format is now supported for s-parameter data from network analyzers
- Linear optimization can now include FMIN and GOPT goals
- Improved harmonic-balance convergence for large circuits
- New crystal libraries have been added
- The IS-95 modulation source has been corrected for proper filtering and bandwidth
- A correction for mixer noise analysis has been made to produce more accurate results for passive mixers

 S2A Layout
- Environment
- Units can now be configured (mm or mils)
- Netlist and output file path no longer use preset values, instead, they remember the last choice.
- File size of add-on drivers has been reduced by an average of 75%
- Elements
- Exponential width TAP is now supported.
- Explicit reference node "0" for subcircuit and netlist elements are supported.
- Library Editor
- The library editor has been enhanced siginificantly by DXF import capability
- Add-on Drivers:
- New AnsoftEM driver to export layout to Strata and Ensemble
- New Windows meta-file driver for exporting artwork to other Windows programs
- New RS-274-X driver for Extended Gerber format:
- Supports embedded apertures
- Supports powerful polygon commands (G36/G37)
- This driver has also been optimized for import to Cadence Allegro
- Improved DXF Contour driver, supports advanced cutout emulation
- Protel and Tango drivers have been improved, most non-layout parameter values (i.e. C=100pF, L=100nH) are now transferred as target system component values
- Add-on driver documentation is now included in a single document:
  s2a\docs\s2adriver.pdf.

 Graphics and Tools

- Graphical enhancements include:
- an optional simpler Smith chart with without axis labels
- ability to move and edit graph labels
- many more graph and table attributes are saved in the reports
- graph legends utilize a tooltip to show the entire response description
- accumulate mode has been added for tables
- Filter Synthesis includes elliptic responses and many other improvements
- A `general domain' has been added in the nonlinear reporter for more flexible graph definitions
- Smith Tool now supports `conjugate' and map `Z-Y' and `Y-Z' functions
- Matching circuits in Smith Tool can be recalculated at frequencies different from the original
- TRL now has synthesis and analysis of coaxial and twin-lead transmission lines
