hey i need help someone tell me what software to use to change hjhsoft rdvv transmitter and put my name radium98 instead can also supply the hex file and assmbler thanks like this picture .

also i have found this dea desighn the schematic of swr protection but no layout can anyone make pcb layout forUS and give the correct size thanks
